Based on the clustering tree, we pick cluster centroids as candidate bus stops and evaluate coverage and walking distances.
Cluster Configuration
Choose how many clusters (bus stops) you want. Smaller K = fewer stops, longer walk; larger K = more stops, shorter walk.
